Quick service and nothing fancy. The owner is hands on in the restaurant and always available.

Good food. Server forgot my drinks and my food came out before my beverage, then he brought the wrong beverage. Other than that it was simple mexi-american food. The guacamole was good. Shrimp was deveined but not cleaned because you could still see the hanging on it. I would probably go again because of the distance from my house but i wouldnt make it a regular visit, maybe once a year.

Amazing service. Wait staff was very friendly and it seemed like she knew what I wanted before I could get it all out. Very approachable!

I've come here many times. The food is fair priced and you get more than you can eat. The quality is good and it tastes good. Los Arcos has a nice mom and pop type atmosphere with a fiesta twist. I like the booths and they can fit all your dependents. My littlest one ordered off the kids menu, which has a decent selection by the way, and he got to color. It can be crowded depending on the time of day. Popularity is good for restaurants, good sign. Go there and pig out-it's great food and the employees are always friendly.

When it comes to fajitas, I have high expectations... This one isn't that bad nor it's outstanding. Price isn't that bad either. The place can get very packed up during busy hours so expect noises from drunk people lol. Our server was, I don't know if he's not in the mood or what, but he's a little bit unenthusiastic. Parking lot is pretty good even during busy hours.

We arrived at 4:30pm today, very very slow do to the virus, understandable. Nice Mexican atmosphere feel. Armando our server was very good, doesn't right anything down, he remembers your order. There was sanitizer at the hostess stand but no sanitizer in the bathroom, which was ok cleanliness wise. Food was quick coming out and hot. It was very good. Menu is big, lots to choose from. Great price for lots of food on your plate. Restaurant was very clean, employees were smiling and laughing.

Ask for the sampler platter. It is not on the menu. However it is the best.

We had to wait to be seated, but once we were seated, our food came out very fast and our drinks were kept full!

Was introduced to this place by the owner, Mr Reyes, when he was shopping in my store this past week.After he had let me know that he was the owner of Los Arcos I had admitted that Mexican was my wife's favorite food and I mentioned our favorite restaurant from when we lived in Nashville (where she and I are both from). Explained that the reason it was our favorite was their "Guacamole Mexicano" which had just giant chunks of avocado! Mr Reyes let me know that Los Arcos had the same thing!My wife and I tried it last night and after literally 4+ years of searching for a Mexican restaurant that had decent guac we finally found one!!Giant, huge chunks of fresh avocado with fresh from scratch salsa and peppers mixed in...it was delicious!Mr Reyes, thank you so much for making our guac dreams come true!

Best Mexican food in the area and very reasonable prices.

Food is good and constant an excellant place for lunch or an inexpensive first date, you know to kind of "a get to know each other" date. If you have several mouths to feed you can do it well without having to refinance to house. Waite staff is OK, nice ambience as a Mexican restaurant, and good parking, easy to find.

what a wonderful and exciting experience, every visit. reasonably priced, excellent friendly staff, reasonably priced great tasting menu. Come join the experience you'll love it. Birthday party for a friend, was a total success! !! Looking forward to many more .

Love this place! The food is so good. They were super busy tonight and we were sat in ten minutes. The waiter was really friendly and quick with drinks and food.

Average, run of the mill mexican food. The staff is always friendly and service is fast. But, if you order to-go, ensure you check your bag before leaving; items such as tortillas, beans, or rice are frequently forgotten.

The food is fabulous. We are always greeted with a friendly smile. Prices are very reasonable. Most of all, our grandchildren love it and the staff are so sweet to them. It's their first choice for celebration/reward dinners. We love Los Arcos!!

It's not bad as far as southern mexican food goes. Not Texas or west coast level good. But it was eatable. Restaurant was clean and service was fast. Also not over priced.

Went on a Sunday right at opening. Not. Impressed! I was hoping for a great Mexican food experience instead I got attitude and just undercooked food. We didn’t finish. Everyone raves about this place and how great the food is- total disappointment. The server took our order but brought the steak undercooked we had fajitas for 2. The chips and salsa were almost a beg to. We had to ask and the servers respond was “I forgot sorry” hmmm, ok. Floors were not cleaned the door was dirty the forks were not washed correctly. This restaurant is not worth the price of the food not the trip! While everyone raves about it I’ll be the odd one here saying thanks but no thanks. You need a whole revamp on service and how to cook food. This place was awful. I am all about giving everything a second chance but with this restaurant I rather just pass.

We went to the Los Arcos in Goose Creek for a Sunday lunch and were not disappointed. This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in town. The frozen margaritas were so cold that brain freeze was inevitable. The nachos and salsa came out fast and fresh. Our server was fast, friendly and efficient and our lunch trio left happy again.

Love the place! The Guacamole Mexicano is super fresh and on point every time.

Absolutely worst food and experience ever!! The first time we went it was delicious. The 2nd time I got sick as I was eating. The presentation wasnt the same as the 1st time the waitress said the kitchen was being sloppy! They sent it out a 2nd time plain and I had to make it! Absolutely lazy and disgusting!! All they could say was sorry didnt even try to make it right!!!

This is really one of the best Mexican food I've had. I highly recommend dining here! Carne Baja, enchilada were excellent and the Mexican rice is super delicious.

Took a while to be sat, there were tons of chairs in the other room. Not sure why they weren't sitting people there. Food was fantastic, as always. But no refills on drinks even when I asked someone. So I got up and got my own. Then I got scolded. Probably the last time we'll visit for a while.

I ordered online and have been waiting for more than 45 minutes when I ask about my order they keep saying “it should be on the way” I ordered online so I can just pick up my order not to wait and waste my time.
